Dr Kachmarsky is a 2014 graduate of Wilkes University. He then completed a PGY1 residency at the Wilkes Barre VA prior to accepting a position as a clinical pharmacist with Geisinger in 2015. Dr Kachmarsky is currently an ambulatory care pharmacist at the Geisinger Pittston Family Practice clinic and the current Geisinger Clinic Northeast PGY-1 residency program director.
